"Not good. Long time customer since 2020. Really never interacted with Jeff. He is never in the office. He has never answered any of my emails. In 2025, so many errors from his staff of CSR running his agency and a very high turn over rate. The staff made errors with my homeowners policy and my mortgage company needed proof of coverage. After I sent Darren my issues, continued lack of correction and then he made me chase their new homeowners carrier to inform them to contact my mortgage company. Why do I need them if they make me do their job? I had sent Jeff at least 3 emails with my complaints...never got any response."
